Retail trade Organizers and tiangge consolidators and are invited to submit offers for a project that involves the establishment of stalls food and non food stalls to comprise a Christmas Bazaar within preselected areas of the Tutuban station.

The proposed project is for the establishment of a Christmas Bazaar within selected portions of the ground floor covered premises of the PNR tutuban Station. Tiangge wire stalls for both food and non food items, together with a common food service area, can be organized by the proponent within the zoned guidelines provided by PNR.  Organizers are given the flexibility to introduce a theme for the event.  The event will last for 2.5 months from Sunday November 1, 2015 to Saturday, January 16, 2016.Proposed operating hours are: 7am to 8pm which is the last trip from Tutuban station.

The organizer shall provide the following:

• marketing and organization expertise in bring tenants
• Marketing of the tiangge at PNR tutuban 
• Tiangge wire stalls
• Daily management and organization of operations
• Collection of stall rentals 
• Payment to PNR
• Banners and streamers
• PNR shall provide the following:
• Basic security for the leased area which is within the PNR building
• Basic lighting of the area
• Normal janitorial services

 All interested parties may secure a copy of the floor plan with preselected areas where stalls may be placed, from the Office of the General Manager.

The conceptual proposal shall describe in brief the organizer’s plan and zoning of the stalls within the premises.  The financial proposal should contain the amount that the organizer is willing to pay PNR per week (Sunday to Saturday) for the use of the space.

Deadline for submission of proposals – both conceptual and financial - is Friday, October 16, 2015.

NOTICE TO SUBMIT ADVERTISING PROPOSAL

PNR is now accepting proposals from professional outdoor advertising and marketing firm to lease the spaces at Tutuban Station up to Alabang Station for advertising purposes, wraps and signages, using modern and for digital eco-friendly medium, and with features, among others, of security and a tool for public information.

Proposals must be submitted not later than 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon, on or before Friday, 07 March 2014, and addressed to:
