HENRY LOPEZ URI, 48-year-old, a resident of San Antonio, Quezon. He was appointed member of the PNR Board on August 1, 2022. He graduated from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation in 1995 with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication. He was a member of the Board of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) from 2001-2002. He works as an announcer in Manila Broadcasting Company DZRH from 1998 to present.
