ROY MORALES VILLA, 57-year-old, a resident of Pavia, Iloilo. He was appointed as member of the PNR Board from the private sector on November 27, 2018. He is a lawyer by profession. He graduated his Bachelor of Laws in Colegio dela Purisima Concepcion and passed the Bar in 1999. He served as Municipal Vice Mayor of Pilar, Capiz from 2004-2007 then later became Legal Counsel of various companies like Nihonpac Development Inc., Iloilo Finance Corporation, Balasan Petron, LGU Roxas City. He also ventured in the academe as professor in Colegio dela Purisima Concepcion, Filamer Christian University and Central Philippine University. He is a Corporate Secretary of Hardstone Resources Corporation, Commercial Arbitrator in the Philippine Arbitration Center in the Visayas, Corporate Legal Counsel of the Rural Bank of Jamindan Capiz Inc, External Legal Counsel of the Development Bank of the Philippines, Corporate Legal Counsel of Metro Iloilo Water District. Director Villa has no other directorship position in any listed companies.
