Atty. Rochelle Andrea R. Templora is the Administrative and Finance Department (AFD) Manager of the Philippine National Railways.

Atty. Templora brings with her a wealth of experience from her diverse career in government. Prior to her appointment as the PNR AFD Manager, Atty. Templora served in various capacities in government, including as City Accountant and Assistant City Assessor of San Juan City. She also served as Officer-in-Charge of City Accounting Department and City Assessment Department of Malabon City.

Atty. Templora received her Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of the East, Caloocan City in 2010, and passed the Certified Public Accountant board exam the same year. She later obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the Arellano University School of Law, took the Bar exam in 2016, and was admitted to the Bar in 2017.
