ATTY. ROWENA TURINGAN SANCHEZ, CESO II, MNSA, MPP. 60 years old. She is Director IV of the Office of the President. Formerly Director III, Presidential Atty. IV, Supervising Legal Officer, and Senior Legal Officer of the Office of the President. She also served the Commission of Human Rights as Legal Researcher and eventually as Legal Officer IV. Atty. Sanchez has very remarkable academic records graduating Valedictorian of Enrile North Central School and Our Lady of Snows Academy. She graduated with a degree of AB Economics from University of the Philippines and earned her Bachelor of Laws degree at Ateneo de Manila. She also studied Legal Foundation and International Law in the Academy of American Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. Masters in Public Policy in National University of Singapore as Temasek Scholar. She also obtained Masters in National Security Administration from the National Defense College and Certificate in American Law International Executive Education from UC Berkeley School of Law.
