It has come to our attention that certain individuals or groups are misrepresenting themselves as Philippine National Railways (PNR) General Manager Deovanni S. Miranda, in order to solicit funds, engage in business transactions, or acquire information. These actions are fraudulent, unauthorized, and illegal.
The PNR Management has not authorized any form of solicitation on behalf of its directors, officials, and employees.
The Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the PNR categorically denounce these activities and deny any involvement or participation in such schemes.
Impersonators of PNR officials and personnel who solicit monetary assistance should be reported to the appropriate authorities immediately.

If you suspect an impersonation attempt, immediately inform the National Telecommunication Channel (NTC) through their official complaint channels. The NTC can order telcos to block numbers associated with scams and investigate the source of fraudulent messages.

The PNR takes these impersonation attempts seriously and will pursue all legal actions available to protect our interest that of the public.
