Atty. Shyanne T. Juan-Monera serves concurrently as PNR’s Legal Division Manager and Corporate Secretary. Her record of public service includes being the first Legislative Liaison Officer for the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), legal staff of GSIS Trustee Jonathan dela Cruz, and a Director for Legislative Affairs for the Office of Senator Richard J. Gordon. Pre-law, she served under the Office of Senator Renato L. Cayetano as Media Relations Officer.
Atty. Juan-Monera received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, and her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University-School of Law. She passed the Philippine Bar in 2007. She is a graduate of the ICD Professional Directors Program, with a pending membership application., and is currently finishing her Masters in Public Management under the UP Open University.
