The Philippine National Railways, in its aim to the make the best decision and strategies to establish its long term plans, held its three-day Strategic Planning Workshop from March 31 to April 2, 2017 at San Miguel Training Center in Alfonso, Cavite.
The workshop was attended by the PNR Board Directors and the Department and Division Managers. Representatives from Department of Transportation (DOTr) were invited to help the PNR management in formulation of its plans and to align it to the programs of DOTr.
A week before the workshop, forms were distributed to the participants to determine reference points and find out the topics, issues, concerns and proposals that the participants would like to be discussed. After the secretariat has collated the data, these were coordinated to the facilitators of the workshop.
This three-day workshop was facilitated by the ThinkTank Management Consulting Services. The following are the competent facilitators, who helped the participants to consider each point of view in order to decide how best to move forward as one.
